LPV, Inc. is committed to designing and building homes that are energy efficient, hurricane resistant and include timeless design elements. We believe that it is important
to be a leader in sustainable construction and development practices and to create homes that excel and serve as positive examples of the built environment. We strive to build Bungalows that our clients are proud to own, espouse character and craftsmanship. We are committed to simplicity of design, integrity of our word and the proper execution of our work. Founder and president, Devin Rutkowski is a licensed Florida contractor and a member of the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and the Florida Green Building Coaltion (FGBC). Devin is a student of traditional architecture with a focus on the early 20th century Arts and Crafts movement.
At LPV, Inc. we respect the site and study the existing scale and character of the neighborhoods we work in. With the careful use of authentic building materials, together with advancements in green building technologies, our goal is for our Bungalows to age gracefully. We are constantly researching emerging concepts and include them in our Bungalow designs. We employ the concepts of the “Not So Big House” philosophy by Sarah Susanka.
